As I am still trying to manifest warm weather I have made another summer fruity dessert. Here I present to you Lemon Raspberry Bars!
I am a huge fan of lemon. I could eat lemon desserts everyday. I could eat lemon in a car or in a boat. I could eat lemon on a float. I could eat lemon here or there. I could eat lemon everywhere.
Especially lemon meringue pie and lemon cheesecake. But these bars are amazing too!
For the first part which is the crust layer you will need:
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raspberries
