Yes. I’m still blender happy.
You will need:
- 3 large red peppers
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil (3 for drizzling, 2 for heating)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (or to taste)
The funny part is that the next recipe coming (on Tuesday I believe) is another blender/food processor recipe! I think that will satisfy me enough though and I’ll get back to food that you actually need to chew.
Enjoy your day!

Look I did get round to trying one of your recipes! http://indigobirds.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/i-chocolate-cake.html It was great
Mmmm, this sounds so good. There’s nothing quite like the delicious flavour of roasted peppers, right?! Love them, and I’m sure I’ll love trying this soup.

@Kristina…hahaha well I’ll have to give some of that colour credit to photoshop! But I’m flattered! And I really think it was delicious. I’ve been making this soup for a good 7 or 8 years now!
@Meg…Yes, make it! And then tell me all about it!
@Dawn and Loulou…thanks my loves! I can always count on you guys for ongoing support of my recipes and I seriously suggest trying this one!

Never had this either, but would love to try
This looks divine! I wish you lived nearby so I could invite myself over for dinner. I always want to try your recipes, but I’m much too lazy. Cooking just ain’t my thing, but eating surely is! I also adore that your recipes are vegetarian!
Wow, this sounds delicious!
@Loudmouth…cookies is so so so much fun though! And I used to be vegetarian so a lot of the recipes I make without a recipe are from that time when I made them thousands of times
MMM you always have the greatest recipes:)
You might win my heart with such fabulous talant for coocking haha:)

LOVE M

@Tania…I do stuff peppers but I’ve never thought of stuffing roasted pepper…Do you roast them first and then stuff and then bake or stuff and then roast?
