The Big Buddha

I DETEST cable cars!!!

Covered sky but still SOOOO bright!

I’m always quite impressed as to how easy it is to get around Hong Kong. We visited The Big Buddha this past Friday and it was BIG!!! We just took the metro to the cable car and the cable car took us directly there.

Right now we are trying to get all of the “touristy” things checkout off our list. Max has 4-day weekends so it makes it quite easy for us to cram a lot in every week!

\This was very impressive. There is nothing much around it so we just went there, took pictures and came home but this is something that everyone must see in their lifetime.

I don’t really know what else to say about it. When you visit, you will know what I mean. Words cannot describe.

  3. You detest cable cars? You mean riding in them or the thought of them in general? :)

    I have seen this Buddha in H.K. years ago and even made a sculpture from my photos later! I believe it is the largest in the world… (at least it was at that time.) AWESOME!

    @Kim…Isn’t it just breath taking!?
